New Formage bookends and laptop stand are products of a collaboration between Immo Schneider (CTP. TP. P.) and Simon Ertl (ErtlundZull).
Based on the original idea of individually cutting pieces from one big block of aluminium just like cheese – all bookends are carefully designed to meet the most natural appearance.
Conversation Taking Place. Taking Place. Place. founded by Immo Schneider is a berlin based studio specialised in focused and close collaborations with artists, institutions as well as industrial and product designers. They design across a range of mediums including but not limited to publications, websites, posters, typefaces, exhibition design and artworks. Their work walks the line of being both playful yet serious as they aim to question and subvert expectations of the role of graphic design through unexpected methods.
