ErtlundZull is a design studio and metal workshop in Berlin, Neukölln. The transdisciplinary team of designers, architects, artists and master craftsmen distinguish in expertise when concentrating on the same thing. Their work - both in collaboration with other practices and in their own right - is a constant dialogue between material and idea, aesthetics and technique, craftsmanship and high-tech production methods.
Based on the idea that different complement each other, EZ works in a broad spectrum ranging from retail and art production to stainless steel kitchens and steel construction.

EZ offers technical consultations to ensure a successful project execution. We focus on exploring possibilities, analyzing material and cross-sections - as well as their selection, finding efficient procedures and providing economic assessments.
Our services encompass planning, precise project management and effective organization. We ensure quality controls, set clear timelines and budget to therefor ensure successful implementations.
EZ designs and develops ideas and concepts in the fields of architecture, interior design and furniture design. With a playful approach, character, material, technology and performance are constantly renegotiated.
We execute the planning and implementation of architectural constructions involving load-bearing steel components for buildings with up to 15 floors. Given our DIN 1090/EXC2 certification, we are capable of implementing constructions according to the specified requirements, verifying their compliance and providing the CE certification.
Our CAD services offer precise and detailed design solutions for a range of industries. Utilizing cutting-edge software, we provide accurate 2D and 3D models, enabling efficient visualization and analysis. From architectural plans to product prototypes, our CAD expertise ensures the seamless translation of ideas into tangible designs.
For realization, we rely on our in-house metal workshop, which functions as a versatile and materials-specific open space. Additionally, we leverage external sourcing opportunities and maintain a comprehensive network of suppliers who offer a wide scope of available materials. EZ is actively engaged in the fields of architecture, interior design, art production, kitchen and furniture design, while also creating prototypes for small series. Among the materials we employ are wood, glass, synthetic fabrics, stone, textiles, and leather. Our expertise is particularly extensive in working with metals such as aluminum, steel, brass, copper, and stainless steel.
As part of our projects, we plan and carry out installations on site, as well as overseeing the organization and management of logistical processes.
